Sanae' Hotel Nimman - Chiang Mai

I had new-fashioned and fashionable room with view of Doi Suthep and bedroom and comfy beds. The location for Chiang Mai was great and quiet, really close to nimman and Maya shopping center and all good stores on Nimamm road: )

The hotel is quiet with modern rooms. Very very helpful and attentive employees with nice manners. Good restaurants. Great way to end our trip.

The big shopping mall was just a stone's throw away, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. My room was very spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and they helped me arrange transportation to get around the city.

There were many negative aspects of the hotel. There were some staff members who were not properly trained in customer service and invaded the privacy of hotel guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a king suite which was very spacious with a nice big bathroom and separate living area. the location is perfect, on Nimmanhaemin road, near all amenities including a big shopping mall, Maya Shopping Center. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast included was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel also had great facilities including two TVs and a small pantry in the room.

The parking situation was a bit challenging as there were very few parking lots provided and it is located in a small Soi where parking may be impossible.
